How do I order online?

If it is your first time to order, we require a registration/sign up so that the succeeding orders are faster, as you need not key in your details for every order. This will also help you monitor the status of your order through your account page; it also enables us to store your "favorites" and give reviews for an establishment. Some establishments may even give freebies or perks to frequent customers.

All the information you provide in the registration / sign up page are confidential and secure and will never be shared nor given away. Please be advised however, that the establishment will be sent your details along with your order to ensure its smooth processing. Once registered you can either: log in first then proceed browsing the restaurants and menus, or browse restaurants and menus first then log in after finishing your order choices.

Choose from one of our online ordering-enabled restaurants, check the menu and select the items you'd like to order with a click. Once you are done ordering, click the "Check Out" button below the food cart, and follow the checkout instructions from there. You can also place advanced orders in case it is already past an establishment's store hours. Some restaurants may accept cash, bank deposit, and/or credit card.

After clicking Check Out..a page confirming your order summary will follow..DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK "Submit Order" at the bottom to receive your order ID.

How do I know that my order went through?

You can check on "My Orders" in your account page to know whether your order was already viewed by the establishment (please note that they can only confirm your order during their business hours). For first time orders, or from time to time, a merchant staff will call you back to confirm or clarify your order.

Does it cost anything extra?

Some merchants may have minimal service charges, and delivery fees may be charged by certain restaurants.

Is your site secure? How can I be sure?

We employ all the security standards, maintain confidentiality of information and only give the food establishment the information necessary to facilitate the order.

What about credit card usage?

We do not store customer's credit card information. Credit card processing is handled by Paypal, a secure service provider and most preferred worldwide. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with credit card.

With online payment either by credit card or Paypal, you can order online and also have it delivered to another within a merchant's area scope, or make a reservation online.
